JOINT CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that ERM and SABLE have entered into negotiations in
terms of which the aforementioned companies will invest jointly in a new entity
which will focus on income producing properties and property development.
Preliminary agreement has been reached with the vendors of an existing
identified portfolio of properties and discussions in this regard are ongoing.
These negotiations and discussions may have a material effect on the price of
the respective companies" securities and accordingly, ERM and SABLE shareholders
are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the respective companies"
securities on the JSE Limited until a further announcement is made in this
regard.
