SALIENT DATES AND WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 19 September 2006, and
are advised that the circular to shareholders with respect to the disposal
of Portion 174, Van Der Bijl Park, was posted to shareholders of the
company on Monday, 23 October 2006.
The general meeting of shareholders in this regard will be held in the
boardroom of Van Der Merwe Du Toit Inc., Brooklyn Place, corner Bronkhorst
and Dey Streets, Brooklyn, Pretoria at 11:00am on Tuesday, 7 November 2006.
