Shareholders are advised that the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at
the annual general meeting of the company held today, Wednesday 25 October 2006
were approved by the requisite majorities. Copies of special resolution number 1
will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for registration as required by
the Companies Act, 1973, as amended.
A business update was read out at the meeting. A copy of the update has been
released on SENS.
