DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
ApexHi has continued to show growth with a distribution of 67,00 cents per
combined unit for the quarter ended 30 September 2006 (2005: 57.50 cents), an
increase of 16.50%.
Unit holders are advised that interest distribution number 22 in respect of the
quarter 1 July 2006 to 30 September 2006 has been declared as follows:
In respect of the A unit - 30.15 cents (2005:25.88 cents), a 16.50% increase
In respect of the B unit - 36.85 cents (2005:31.62 cents), a 16.50% increase

Last date to trade cum interest Friday, 17 November 2006
Units will trade ex interest Monday, 20 November 2006
Record date Friday, 24 November 2006
Payment of interest distribution number 22 Monday, 27 November 2006
There may be no dematerialisation or re - materialisation of the A and B units
between Monday, 20 November 2006 and Friday, 24 November 2006, both days
inclusive.
