APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, in
respect of changes to the Board of Directors, the following information is
disclosed:
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 21 July 2006 in which the
Board announced the resignation of Chris Hall as Chief Executive Officer of the
Group, effective 31 December 2006.
The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Gordon Hulley has accepted the
position of Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 January 2007. Mr Hulley joined
the Group in February 2006 as Chief Operating Officer and has worked closely
with the different business units in establishing a solid foundation for the
Group going forward.
The Board is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Rob Owens as
Financial Director, effective immediately. Mr. Owens has been the Chief
Financial Officer of the Group since November 2005
The Board wishes Mr. Hulley and Mr. Owens all the best in their new roles.
