TRADING STATEMENT
Anbeeco shareholders are advised that the consolidated group financial results
of Anbeeco for the interim period ended 31 July 2006 will reflect as regards
earnings and headline earnings per share, a change from 0,1 cents per share to a
loss of 0,2 cents per share, and, as regards net asset value and net tangible
asset value per share, a change from 0,1 cents per share to 0,05 cents per
share, compared to the results for the previous interim period ended 31 July
2005.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based, has been
reviewed by Anbeeco"s auditors and their review report in respect of the interim
results to 31 July 2006 will be available for inspection at the offices of the
company at 19th Floor, Sandton City Office Tower, corner Rivonia Road and Fifth
Street, Sandton, from 1 November 2006. The abridged results will be announced on
SENS by Tuesday, 31 October 2006.
