Annual report
Further to AOE"s reviewed results for the year ended 30 June 2006, published on
21 September 2006, the annual report was posted today. The annual report
contains no modifications to the aforementioned published reviewed results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of AOE will be held immediately after
the annual general meeting of Rex Trueform Clothing Company Limited (which will
be held at 09h00) on Wednesday, 22 November 2006 in the boardroom, Rex
Buildings, 263 Victoria Road, Salt River, Cape Town, to transact the business as
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual
report.
