NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL INFORMATION
The reviewed results of the group for the 6 months ended 31 July 2006
have been prepared in accordance with the group"s accounting policies,
which comply with International Financial Reporting Standards, and are
consistent with those of the previous period. This interim report
complies with International Accounting Standard 34 - Interim Financial
Reporting.
Group gross revenue comprises consulting fees and sundry income, both
excluding value added tax.
Reviewed by kpa Audit Group, Registered Accountants and Auditors. The
report is available for inspection at Anbeeco"s office, 19th Floor,
Sandton City Office Tower, Cnr 5th Street and Rivonia Road, Sandton.
FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the announcement dated 22 September 2006, shareholders are
advised that negotiations are still in progress, which if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of Anbeeco"s
securities, and, accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue
exercising caution in their dealings in Anbeeco shares pending a further
announcement.
