New Clicks Holdings - Trading Statement
New Clicks" shareholders are advised that the group"s diluted headline
earnings per share for the financial year ended 31 August 2006 are
expected to be between 21% and 26% higher than the previous year, with
diluted earnings per share likely to be 32% to 37% higher.
While the group"s sales performance for the 12 month period has been in
line with management"s expectations, earnings are ahead of internal
forecasts and have also been positively impacted by the first-time
adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
New Clicks" results for the year ended 31 August 2006 will be released on
SENS on Wednesday, 1 November 2006.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has
not been reviewed or reported on by the group"s auditors.
