Primedia Limited mourns the loss of group director Humphrey Khoza who passed
away on 27 October 2006.
Primedia Limited deeply mourns the tragic death of Humphrey Khoza. Mr Khoza
was an independent non-executive director on the Primedia Board and had played
an active role on various subsidiary company boards and sub committees since
his appointment in 2002.
Primedia"s Chairman, Board and employees wish to acknowledge and honour the
tremendous contribution that Mr Khoza made to the Group, displaying at all
times tremendous wisdom, balance, compassion and great values.
The directors, executive management and staff extend their condolences to Mr
Khoza"s family and wish them much strength during this difficult time.
