Posting of Glenrand M I B"s annual report and annual general meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Glenrand M I B"s reviewed results for the year ended 30 June 2006,
published on 19 September 2006 ("the provisional results"), the annual report
was posted today. The annual report contains no modifications to the
aforementioned provisional results, save for the calculation of basic earnings
per share. Basic earnings per share were disclosed as 22,1 cents per share in
the provisional results and are disclosed as 20,9 cents per share in the annual
report. This decrease of 1,2 cents per share is attributed to basic earnings per
share as disclosed in the provisional results being calculated using the number
of shares in issue as at 30 June 2006 of 226 526 000 instead of using the
weighted average number of shares in issue for the year ended 30 June 2006 of
238 682 421.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Glenrand M I B will be held at 8h30
on Wednesday, 29 November, 2006 at the company"s registered office, 288 Kent
Avenue, Randburg, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual
general meeting forming part of the annual report.
