CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
LPC Manhattan Moela Sponsors (Pty) Ltd is authorised to advise that the
company is currently involved in negotiations with an international company
comprising a group of globally recognized scientists, in their specific field,
for the acquisition of an exclusive license agreement. The exclusive license
if, successfully obtained, will enable the company to sub-license the
technology developed by the international company to its biomedical
subsidiary, Lazaron Biotechnologies (SA) Ltd. The said license will enable
Lazaron to extend its regenerative human medical and cellular capabilities
into the field of human immunology and immune engineered solutions.
The negotiations may, if successfully concluded, have a material effect on the
price of the company"s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to
exercise caution in dealing with company"s shares until the results of the
negotiations are known.
