INFORMATION REGARDING THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of Ellerines regrets to advise that Mr Humphrey Khoza, a non-
executive director of the company, passed away tragically on Friday, 27
October 2006.
Mr Khoza was appointed to the board of Ellerines, as a non-executive director,
after the merger with Relyant Retail Limited ("Relyant") in 2005. Together
with his service as a non executive director of Relyant, he served the Group
with distinction since 1998. His contribution to Ellerines will be sadly
missed by the directors of the company.
This announcement is made in accordance with clause 3.59 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements.
