RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS AND COMPANY SECRETARY
Shops for Africa shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 10 October
2006, wherein they were advised that the voluntary winding-up of the company had
been set aside by the High Court of South Africa (Cape of Good Hope Provincial
Division with effect from 27 September 2006.
The whole board of directors of Shops for Africa, whose names appear below, have
subsequently resigned with effect from 4 October 2006:
