RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Linked unitholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of S A Retail
held on 1 November 2006, all resolutions tabled at the said meeting, except for
the resolution dealing with placing the unissued linked units under the control
of the directors in terms of Sections 221 and 222 of the Companies Act, No 61 of
1973 and the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, were approved by the
requisite majority of linked unitholders.
