TRADING STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2006
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become aware that the
financial results for the period to be reported upon next will differ by at
least 20% from that of the previous corresponding period.
New Corpcapital accordingly advises that it expects a loss and headline loss
for the year ended 31 August 2006 of between 0,54 and 0,66 cents per share as
compared to earnings per share and headline earnings per share of 19,9 cents
and 1 cent, respectively, reported for the prior comparative period.
The information on which the above trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company"s auditors.
