DISPOSAL OF NIL PAID LETTERS IN RESPECT OF TREASURY SHARES
With reference to the announcement erroneously released on SENS earlier today,
please note that the price, number of shares and aggregate consideration was
stated incorrectly. The correct announcement follows:
Further to the announcements on SENS on Friday, 13 October 2006 and Friday, 20
October 2006, the directors of Metrofile Holdings would like to advise
shareholders that MGX Management Services (Pty) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary
company of Metrofile Holdings, has disposed of the nil paid letters which it
received in respect of the rights offer. The disposal of these nil paid letters
occurred on the market, the details of which are as follows:
Shareholder: MGX Management Services (Pty) Ltd
Date of transaction: 1 November 2006
Average price per nil paid letter: 16.77 cents
Number of shares: 17 362 476
Aggregate consideration: R2 910 900
Nature of transaction: Sale
Class of shares: Ordinary shares
Extent of interest: Direct beneficial
Clearance to deal in these shares was obtained from the board of directors of
Metrofile Holdings.
