CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Reunert shareholders are advised that the Company is significantly advanced
with a process that is intended to culminate in the introduction of Black
Economic Empowerment ("BEE") partners into Reunert ("the proposed BEE
transaction").
The proposed BEE transaction, if successfully concluded, may have an effect
on the market price at which Reunert"s shares trade on the JSE Limited.
Accordingly, Reunert shareholders are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company"s shares until a further announcement is made.
