Shareholders are advised that the Company"s annual financial statements for
the year ended 30 June 2006 were posted to shareholders on Tuesday 31
October 3006 and contain no modifications to the audited results which were
published on 23 August 2006. The annual financial statements were audited
by Deloitte and Touche and their report is available for inspection at the
Company"s registered office.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of
Unitrans will be held at 263 Oxford Road, Illovo, Johannesburg, on Friday
24 November 2006 at 14:00 to transact the business as stated in the Notice
of the Annual General Meeting which is contained in the Annual Report.
