SPECIAL DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE KMB SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the special dividend amount payable for KUMBA
RESOURCES LIMITED and that as a result of the special dividend declaration
relating to KUMBA RESOURCES LIMITED (KMB) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a special dividend amount of 185 cents per
share instalment that is payable on Monday, 27 November 2006.
The last day to trade cum special dividend is Friday, 17 November 2006.
The share instalment will commence trading ex special dividend from
Monday, 20 November 2006 and the record date will be Friday, 24 November
2006.
