NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that Brandcorp"s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2006, was dispatched
today, and contains no changes to the audited results which were announced on
SENS on Friday, 18 August 2006.
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for the company,
which will be held at Unit 5 Omni Park, Aerodrome Road, Aeroton, Johannesburg,
at 12h00 on Tuesday, 5 December 2006.
