TRADING STATEMENT
Moneyweb is currently finalising its results in respect of the six months ended
30 September 2006 ("the reporting period").
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
relating to Trading Statements, a listed company is required to publish a
trading statement as soon as it becomes aware that the financial results for the
next period to be reported on will differ by at least 20% or more from those of
the prior comparative period.
Shareholders are advised that Moneyweb will be reporting earnings of between
0.55 and 0.65 cents per share for the reporting period compared to an earnings
of 0.03 cents per share in respect of the prior comparative period, being the
six months ended 30 September 2005.
The results in respect of the reporting period have not been reviewed or
reported on by the Company"s auditors. The company"s financial results for the
six months ended 30 September 2006 are expected to be published on or about 10
November 2006
