RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the circular dated Monday, 23 October 2006
regarding the disposal of Portion 174, Van Der Bijl Park No. 550, and are
advised that at the general meeting held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, 7 November
2006, the ordinary resolutions giving effect to the disposal were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
Samrand shareholders are advised that there are negotiations in progress which
may have a material influence on the share price of Samrand shares.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in their
Samrand shares.
