Shareholders are advised that Primedia"s annual financial statements for
the year ended 30 June 2006 will be posted to shareholders on or about 9
November 2006 and contain no changes or modifications to the audited
results published on SENS on 6 September 2006.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the thirteenth annual general meeting of
Primedia"s ordinary and "N" ordinary shareholders will be held on the First
Floor, Primedia Place, 5 Gwen Lane, (Corner Fredman Drive), Sandown on
Friday, 1 December 2006 at 08h30 to transact the business as stated in the
notice which forms part of the annual financial statements.
