RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
Unitholders are advised that at the annual general meetings of shareholders and
debentureholders of Freestone convened on Thursday, 9 November 2006 in terms of
the notices of annual general meetings contained in the Freestone annual report
issued on 17 October 2006, all resolutions were passed by the requisite majority
of Freestone shareholders and debentureholders except for ordinary resolution 3
and debenture ordinary resolution 3 regarding the issue of linked units for
cash, which were withdrawn by the directors.
