RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of City Lodge
shareholders held on Thursday, 9 November 2006, all the ordinary and special
resolutions as set out in the notice of annual general meeting dispatched to
shareholders on 10 October 2006 were passed by the requisite majorities.
The special resolution regarding the general authority to repurchase shares will
be lodged for registration with the Registrar of Companies in due course.
