DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SAB SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SAB MILLER PLC and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SAB MILLER PLC (SAB)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 14
US cents per share instalment that is payable on Friday, 22 December 2006. The
conversion rate will be announced on Friday, 17 November 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 24 November 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 27 November 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 01 December 2006.
