RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING IN RESPECT OF A CHANGE OF NAME TO FONEWORX HOLDINGS

Shareholders are advised that the special resolution to change the name of the
company to FoneWorx Holdings Limited, proposed at the above meetings of
shareholders of the company held on Friday, 10 November 2006, was approved by
the requisite majority.
Shareholders are referred to the circular issued by the company dated 17 October
2006 in which it was stated that the company wished to change the name of
Interconnective Solutions Limited to more correctly reflect the company"s
marketing strategy and to align the listed name with the main trading name of
its main operating subsidiary FoneWorx (Pty) Ltd which is well known in the
market place. The short name will be "Foneworx", the share code will be "FWX"
and the ISIN number will be ZAE000086237. The last day to trade share in the
name of Interconnective Solutions Limited will be Friday 15 December 2006, and
trading in the shares with the new name of FoneWorx Holdings Ltd will commence
on Monday 18 December 2006.
