Results of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that all resolutions proposed at the AGM of Kingco held
on Thursday, 9 November 2006, were passed by the requisite majorities of
shareholders. The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the
Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
Shareholders are also advised that Basil Trafalis has resigned as an executive
director of Kingco and Lusitania Food Products (Pty) Ltd and as company
secretary of Kingco and that Deon Le Roux has been appointed as the new company
secretary, all with immediate effect.
