CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In accordance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, Johnnic
shareholders are informed of the following changes to the Board of Directors
of the Company with immediate effect:-
Mr Adam Blumenthal has been appointed an executive director of the Company,
and
Mr Leslie Warren Maasdorp has been appointed an independent non executive
director of the company, and
Miss Sibongile Zwane has been appointed a non executive director of the
Company.
