DEALING IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Alwap
Investments (Pty) Limited ("Alwap") purchased 89 299 Octodec linked units at a
price of 12.75 cents per linked unit with a total value of R1 138 562.25 on 8
November 2006.
Alec Wapnick, Octodec"s chairman, has an indirect non-beneficial holding of
33.3% of the share capital of Alwap. Non-Executive director Sharon Wapnick and
managing director Jeffery Wapnick have an indirect beneficial holding of 33.3%
each of the share capital of Alwap. Clearance to deal was received in terms of
paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
