APPOINTMENT OF SASFIN BANK LIMITED ("SASFIN BANK") AS AUTHORISED DEALER IN
FOREIGN EXCHANGE
Shareholders are advised that on 27 October 2006 Sasfin Bank, a subsidiary of
Sasfin, was appointed an Authorised Dealer in Foreign Exchange, subject to
approval by the Exchange Control Authorities of Sasfin Bank"s reporting systems.
It is anticipated that these required reporting systems will be implemented by
Sasfin Bank during the second quarter of 2007, at which time it will commence
its Authorised Dealer and International Treasury activities.
