DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE DDT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for DIMENSION DATA
HOLDINGS PLC and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
DIMENSION DATA HOLDINGS PLC (DDT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a dividend amount of 1 US cent per share instalment that is
payable on Friday, 16 March 2007. The exchange rate applicable to this event
will be published on Friday, 2 February 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 9 February 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 12 February 2007 and
the record date will be Friday, 16 February 2007.
