RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders at the annual general meeting held today, 16 November
2006.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies, in due
course.
Prior to the annual general meeting the ordinary resolution relating to the
issue of shares for cash was withdrawn.
