RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS REGARDING A PAYMENT TO
SHAREHOLDERS
At the general meeting of shareholders of Famous Brands convened at 08h00
today, in terms of the notice of general meeting contained in the circular to
shareholders of Famous Brands, issued on 2 November 2006, the resolution
granting a specific approval for a payment to be made to shareholders in
reduction of share premium was unanimously passed by Famous Brands
shareholders present in person or represented by proxy.
The payment to shareholders will be implemented in accordance with the
timetable previously announced.
