CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of the following changes to the board of directors:
Appointment:
Mr David Malcolm Carson, an independent non-executive director, has been
appointed to the board of directors with effect from 17 November 2006. Mr Carson
currently is the CEO of DDS (Proprietary) Limited, a focused drinks dispense and
refrigeration service provider, providing services to various Blue Chip clients.
Amendment:
Ms Dlodlo was announced as being appointed to the board of directors on the 9
October 2006. She has been unable to fulfill her duties as a director and as a
consequence the appointment has not been ratified.
