AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CALL WARRANTS RELATING TO THE
ORDINARY SHARES OF KUMBA RESOURCES LTD
Following the announcement by the board of Kumba Resources Ltd (KMB) whereby KMB
declared a special dividend of 185c, Absa Bank Ltd (the Issuer) will amend the
conditions of the warrants listed below in the following way.

The effect of the abovementioned adjustment is to place the Warrant holders in
