NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF CUMULATIVE PREFERENCE SHARES
PREFERENCE DIVIDEND NO. 57
Notice is hereby given that Preference Dividend No. 57 of 5,5 cents per share in
respect of the cumulative preference shares has been declared in respect of the
period 1 July 2006 to 31 December 2006, payable to all preference shareholders
recorded in the books of Liberty Holdings Limited at the close of business on
Friday, 29 December 2006. The dividend, payable in South African currency, will
be paid on Tuesday, 2 January 2007.
