November 2006 and published in the press on Monday, 20 November 2006 relating to
the listing of the entire issued ordinary shares of Kumba Iron Ore on the JSE
Limited ("JSE"). The correct number of Kumba Iron Ore ordinary shares listed on
the JSE with effect from the commencement of trade on the JSE from Monday, 20
November 2006 is 313 594 471 ordinary shares.
