As a result of the "Corporate Action" an adjustment will be made to ensure
the financial position of the warrant holders is unprejudiced by this
event. In addition to the abovementioned adjustments, holders of the KMBIBE
will automatically receive 1 (one) KIOIBA Listing 22 November 2006, for
every KMBIBE held as per LDT.
This adjustment will be effective from 21 November 2006. The warrant is
exercisable only in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in
the relevant offering circular.
