ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE KUMBA RESOURCES LIMITED ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES (EDS) - "KMBIDB"
As a result of the "Corporate Action" of Kumba Resources Limited ("KMB"), an
adjustment will be made to ensure the financial position of KMBIDB Enhanced
Dividend Securities ("EDS") holders is unprejudiced by this event. This
adjustment will be effective from 21 November 2006. The EDS is exercisable only
in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the relevant offering
circular.
