The ordinary resolutions giving effect to and approving the acquisition by
GijimaAst Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gijima AST Group, of
Absa Bank Limited"s 30% shareholding in AST Distributed Technology Services
(Pty) Ltd, considered a related party transaction and proposed at the General
Meeting of shareholders held today 21 November 2006, were approved by the
requisite majority of shareholders. Details of the transaction were disclosed in
a circular to Gijima AST Group shareholders dated and posted on 3 November 2006.
