CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In accordance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, Johnnic
shareholders are informed of the following changes to the Board of Directors of
the Company :-
Mr A van der Veen has been appointed as a director and Chief Executive Officer
of the Company to replace Mr JA Copelyn who has resigned that position. Mr
Copelyn retains his position as a director of the Company, in a non-executive
capacity.
