Dividend distribution announcement in relation to the INP Share Instalment
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for INVESTEC PLC and that
as a result of the dividend declaration relating to INVESTEC PLC (INP) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 138
cents per share instalment that is payable on Friday, 22 December 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 8 December 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 11 December 2006 and
the record date will be Friday, 15 December 2006.
