DIRECTORS" AND PDMR SHAREHOLDING
In fulfilment of an obligation imposed by Section 324 of the Companies Act 1985
and DR 3.1.4 R and DR 3.1.6 R, on 21 November 2006 Lonmin Plc received
notification from John Robinson and Ian Farmer, Directors of the Company, and
Rob Bellhouse, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") that :
1) Mr Robinson exercised an option on 20 November 2006 over 27,000 ordinary
shares of $1 each of the Company at an exercise price of 942p per share
under the Lonmin Executive Share Option Scheme and sold all of the shares
arising at a price of GBP30.26 per share;
2) Mr Farmer exercised an option on 21 November 2006 over 27,000 ordinary
shares of $1 each of the Company at an exercise price of 942p per share
under the Lonmin Executive Share Option Scheme and sold all of the shares
arising at a price of GBP30.50 per share; and
3) Mr Bellhouse exercised options on 21 November 2006 over 11,446 ordinary
shares of $1 each of the Company at an exercise price of 942p per share
under the Lonmin Executive Share Option Schemes and sold all of the shares
arising at a price of GBP30.73 per share.
