RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND SALIENT DATES OF DIVIDEND DECLARATION
Results of annual general meeting
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Rex Trueform
shareholders held in Cape Town on 22 November 2006 ("the AGM"), all resolutions
as contained in the notice of the AGM dated 6 October 2006 were passed by the
requisite majority.
Approval of dividends declared
At the AGM, shareholders approved dividend number 62 of 25,0 cents per ordinary
share and dividend number 12 of 25,0 cents per "N" ordinary share for the year
ended 30 June 2006.
The salient dates of the above dividends are as follows:
Last day to trade Friday, 8 December 2006
Shares trade ex-dividend Monday, 11 December 2006
Record date Friday, 15 December 2006
Payment date Monday, 18 December 2006
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
11 December 2006 and Friday, 15 December 2006, both days inclusive.
