DEALING IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Alwap
Investments (Pty) Limited ("Alwap") purchased the following Octodec linked units
with a total value of R127 136.67 on 22 November 2006;
5 000 linked units at a price of R12.70 per linked unit;
2 111 linked units at a price of R12.71 per linked unit; and
2 889 linked units at a price of R12.74 per linked unit.
Alec Wapnick, Octodec"s chairman, has an indirect non-beneficial holding of
33.3% of the share capital of Alwap. Non-Executive director Sharon Wapnick and
managing director Jeffery Wapnick have an indirect beneficial holding of 33.3%
each of the share capital of Alwap. Clearance to deal was received in terms of
paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
