NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF UNITHOLDERS AND
EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF DEBENTURE HOLDERS
Unitholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 March 2006 were posted on 9 November 2006, and contain no material
modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS on 30 June
2006.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of MICC unitholders and
an extraordinary general meeting of MICC debenture holders will be held at
Second Floor, Meersig Building, Constantia Boulevard, Constantia Kloof, Gauteng
at 11:00, and following the conclusion of the annual general meeting,
respectively, on Monday, 4 December 2006 to transact business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting and notice of extraordinary general
meeting, which were issued together with the annual report containing the annual
financial statements of MICC for the year ended 31 March 2006.
