("Martprop" or "the Fund")
Salient dates in respect of the change of name of Martprop Property Fund
Unitholders of Martprop are referred to the announcement dated 31 July 2006
where they were advised of the proposed name change of Martprop Property Fund
to SA Corporate Real Estate Fund and the proposed name change of the Fund"s
management company.
Approval has been obtained from the Registrar of Collective Investment Schemes
for the change of name of the Fund"s management company from Marriott Property
Fund Managers Limited to SA Corporate Real Estate Fund Managers Limited with
effect from 15 November 2006.
Furthermore, following the obtaining of the necessary Registrar of Collective
Investment Schemes and JSE Limited approvals, the salient dates for the
implementation of the change of name of the Fund to SA Corporate Real Estate
Fund are set out below.

Fund" with the JSE share code "SAC", abbreviated name Monday, 11 December
"SA Corp" and new ISIN code ZAE000083614 from
commencement of trading on
Record date for the change of name Friday, 15 December
New share certificates reflecting the change of name
posted by registered post to Martprop certificated
unitholders who have surrendered their documents of Monday, 18 December
title on or before 12h00 on the record date (see note

Notes:
These dates and times are subject to amendment. Any such amendments to the
dates and times will be announced on the Securities Exchange News Service and
published in the South African Press.
Unit certificates in the name of Martprop Property Fund may not be
dematerialised or rematerialised after Friday, 8 December 2006.
Certificated Martprop unitholders who surrender their existing documents of
title after the record date, will have their new unit certificates mailed
within five business days of receipt thereof by the transfer secretaries, by
registered post in South Africa, at the risk of the unitholder concerned.
