and DR 3.1.4 R and DR 3.1.6 R, Lonmin Plc has today received notification from
Alan Keeley, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") that he
exercised an option on 22 November 2006 over 11,174 ordinary shares of $1 each
of the Company at an exercise price of 942p per share under the Lonmin Executive
Share Option Scheme and sold all of the shares arising at a price of GBP31.50
per share.
